Cancellation Policy

Enrollment deposits are refundable if written notice is received by July 31, 2026. After that date, deposits are non-refundable.

Mid-year withdrawals require 30 days written notice. Tuition for the current month is non-refundable. Families who paid in full will be refunded any remaining months after the notice period is served, processed within 45 days.

To withdraw, email admin@thesaltysunflowersd.com. Your 30-day notice period begins on the date your email is received.

Illness and medical situations

If your child is ill on a session day, please keep them home — we appreciate it, and so do the other families. A sick-day absence is not grounds for a refund or credit under standard policy, but if your child misses multiple sessions due to a documented medical condition, please reach out. We’ll review each situation compassionately.

If your child tests positive for a communicable illness within 48 hours of a session, please notify us immediately so we can alert other families as appropriate.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback through your credit card provider or Squarespace before contacting us, we will respond to the dispute with a copy of this published policy and your signed enrollment forms. We strongly encourage families to contact us directly before initiating a dispute — we are almost always able to resolve concerns quickly and informally.
